Not sure if you have ever watched Bob Ross he says the best way to check your water or painting is to hold it up to a mirror and it will show up any mistakes like the water or angle shapes which I thought this to be handy to know I hope you dont mind the handy tip I learned from him.

Well painted and a good composition. Lovely to get a present like that of the lamp to help you with the light. I can only paint if the daylight is right.

I've just started on of a horse with a robin on the fence looking at a cat that is saying hello to the horse.

It's always been something I can do Meadowland, but please have a go, Think about the proportions as to where the ears are to the nose and measure across the eyes.... think about the angle of the face, etc, then look at the muscles, where the the light and dark are. Go on you can.....

Well it's lovely you are painting your lovely pictures again. I must admit I've never done so many watercolours in a short time, but it's because of lockdown, and I am learning and enjoying being creative.

Yes I've done a little bit of hoeing each day. The grass will need a cut soon.
