Thanks. It's a terminal flower spike Linda. The flower will last for a couple months and the whole plant starts to fall apart. Sometimes they send of off shoots, and they need 2 years to mature. I don't see any off shoots on this one - yet.

It’s an amazing flower! I wish I had luck growing orchids!

This one already had a flower spike when I bought it. I just had to give it bright light and keep it watered. I've always wanted one of these - different than the ubiquitous moth orchid.
