Insects loving this Sedum

That's a good, clear photo, Shirley. I noticed lots of bees around this pm. So good to see.

Thanks Anget, yesterday afternoon I watched many insects enjoying the flowers on Salvia, Crocosmia, Begonia, Nepeta Verbena and was thinking how many plant genus end in 'a' and then ruined that by seeing a Penstemon with Bees on the flowers!

Kate, this Sedum is 'Purple Emperor', gifted years ago by a kind GoYer. I have split it over the years so it's in many places in my garden now!

It won't be long before you have lots of Bees and Hoverflies on yours . . . :o)

I thought I recognised it Shirley.I love mine,and it may have been gifted by the same GoYer as the one, I have.,or should I say ,the many I have now,in my garden too.
It's my Favourite Sedum of them all .:o) x

Lovely Sedum Shirley. We've had two tortoishell butterflies visiting ours all week and the bees have loved them too.

Hi Shirley, I've pulled out all my cosmos today, they were hiding the sedums.. Like yours, so many bees are busy now..:))
