Inherited pink rose

I had several buds on various roses so I cut them and put them in the vase.....just before the snow came. Some opened and few did not.

A perfect pretty pink colour, Klahanie. Like soft marshmallow. A very cheerful vase display at this time of year!

My avatar is New Dawn. I have it in my garden from a cutting of my mums. It was planted in 1936 but no longer exists in my mum's, now my brother's garden. It also has a subtle scent but isn't as 'double' as this.
