Looks yummy,Janey,it's one of our favourites too. Our Grandchildren asked if I would make one for Christmas Day,as neither like traditional Christmas cake ..Only too happy to oblige :o) If your friends are anything like our Family,it won't last very long ! Amy and I share the same recipe :o) xx
