Just made it up as I went along. It's on top of a bush in the front garden now.....Thanks both.

Thanks Rose. One thick strip cello taped into a circle to fit the head, two thin ones crossed over the centre and cello taped down at the sides and the center orb stuck into a slot made at the top. Two coloured bits of paper, and I stuck dark red geranium petals over the red plastic, and blue lobelia flowers over the blue paper, then unwrapped cotton wool balls for round the bottom and made blobs of black along that with a pen. Stuck a soft reddish pink scarf into the central bit.
