For Rose ...Fuchsia 'Lady Boothby'

Just to show the height it has reached in this South facing border. There is a Pyracantha behind it, up against the fence.

Thanks ladies ... this was planted in 2012 ... so it's definitely a 'keeper'!

It's a lovely Fuchsia, Shirley! ๐Ÿ˜€ I accidentally killed mine off at the start of the summer - just when it was full of buds as well! ๐Ÿ˜ข I shall have to look out for it at a nursery next year. I would like to grow it again. All the cuttings I took of it have died - after rooting in water & then being potted up!

That's a shame, David. I wonder why they didn't thrive for you.

I seem to have lost my "green fingers", for Fuchsias at any rate! ๐Ÿ˜ข

That's a smashing shape and I'm really liking the "tall" growth. Lovely one to have, it's a very pretty corner of your garden, Shirley.

Thanks Kate, that's the back fence, about halfway along and I'm just so pleased that the fencing guys watched where they trod and didn't ruin any plants, hooray! Btw, this Fuchsia is still in bloom, must be loving this mild weather.
