The blue is Perovskia … of course!

The Perovskia is so pretty and the name only escaped you temporarily! We have had mixed weather today ... a little sun but a lot of thunder, lightning and rain. The water butts are filled to the top again. Never two days alike as yesterday it was sunny and up to 26 degrees ... :o)

Crazy weather Shirley … we would really welcome some decent rain. It threatens, then misses us! But it has been lovely to spend time in the garden, even if all I’m doing is sitting and reading 🙂.

They look lovely Sheila. I too can’t find very much to pick in
the garden at the moment. We do need more late summer colour I think.

Thanks Chris … I agree, and the dry weather hasn’t helped our flowers to thrive at all.

Very pretty pot of flowers Sheila, just lovely, there is Cerro shining bright! I did that too yesterday, rescued an Amistad which was covered by huge foxglove leaves. I was so pleased to see it..

That's a very pretty pick. Sheila! I love the colours! I have to agree, it's been lovely recently but July.. not enough sunshine for our blooms.

A pretty arrangement Sheila,and not much in the way of cut flowers here either,except the Dahlia's,but I prefer to look at them from inside,so I cheat and buy a bunch, ,if any take my eye:o)
