Grapes

Same here, ours grapes are full of pips and not very sweet.

Lovely that you have grapes growing. We had a black grapevine and a white one growing along the old stone wall when we had East Lodge, down the road, and we made a few bottles of wine with them.

Ian was a winemaker too Linda. We didn't have grapes, but anything else he could get his hands on. All the veggies, elderberry, fruits. I remember him carving out a hollow in a marrow and stuffing it with sugar, I think and then taping the top back on, wow was it tasty and potent!

We used to collect the Elderflowers and make a lovely tasting wine with them.
