My Hibiscus is native to Waimea Canyon on the Hawaiian Island of Kuau’i. It loves growing and blooming in San Diego’s climate. Photo taken Sept. 18, 2023.

It actually looks very similar to the common Hibiscus rosa-sinesis ‘White Wings’. It grows differently, though.
