Thank you, Lindak. It does, doesn't it? I don't know how long the flower will last - it's now 8 days old - but I hope it lasts at least a couple of weeks! I thought the flowers were bigger but perhaps as it's the very first it is smaller & next year they will be bigger & more prolific. I'm taking photos quite often!

The plant is still alive & well in the same place in the kitchen & I'm hoping to see it produce more flowers, rather that just the one from last year.
