Sun and clouds

We at last had 7 degrees today after a week of 1s and 2s and ‘minus’ temps overnight.

We have 7 degrees here this morning, exactly the same as yesterday. Your weather photo certainly shows the low clouds and mist, and we've had quite a few early morning mists here Klahanie. Our hedgehogs haven't been out for a few nights now to eat, so they must be getting into hibernation mode. Hope you have a lovely Christmas. Take Care...Linda.

We have the atmospheric river or Pineapple Express coming my way in the next day. Possibly some very good rain, which we have had virtually none of this season. It’s been warm here, even for San Diego. Morning lows around 60 f (16 c) and highs mostly 78 to 82 degrees f (26 to 28 c). It’s feeling more like spring.

As usual, San Diego received virtually no rain 😞

From Northern California to Los Angeles there was lots of flooding rain. Here in San Diego we received moderate rain with some thunderstorms for about 45 minutes and that was the “big storm” in San Diego .25 of an inch (6.35 mm) . The meteorologists were forecasting 2 to 4 inches (50.8 - 101.6 mm) of rain.
