Julia, that is dreadful, what is the matter with some folk? I have seen a similar notice at the reception desk of our GP surgery and the local chemists. We were always taught to be respectful of others.

Julia, my daughter often says "Don't folk realise there is a human being the other side of their computer screen?" in some aspects of her job! They wouldn't dare say such nasty things face to face. Luckily it's a small percentage of folk ... :o)
