Wasn't it beautiful, dull now though.

When I looked out of our bedroom window just as the sun was coming up I didn't notice it was particularly red because of the dust brought up from the Sahara Desert.

Nice too see something like that. We've had nothing here - too far west probably.

Not as good as this, but I did see the eastern sky with the rising sun rather redder than normal.Perhaps there will be more dust in the air tomorrow as it is forecast to last 2 days - Sunday & Monday. I took a photo but it's nothing remotely like yours, Julia!

We weren't able to see any on Monday as it was all cloudy. 🙁

Yes, we had a stunning sunrise too ... just lovely to have a view of so much sky against the trees :)
