Thank you, Homebird! Only the light that comes on when I want to take a macro photo tends to spoil the colour, it's actually a darker orange than you see here. Tomorrow the first few on a head will open. For the moment I only have a few flowers that grow on very short stems & therefore stay hidden among the leaves.
