Thanks, Homebird! I like them as well & got them thinking how much the yellow in the Violas in the small troughs on the balcony railings light up in dull weather, these I hope will do the same. 👍

Sure they will Balc, it's amazing how many early spring flowers are yellow.

Yes, there are lots of yellow flowers to start the year! Crocuses are a mainstay of late winter as are Daffodils &Aconites! In the gardens of my old church the big Forsythia in the carpark has begun to flower as well. It's early this year.
I know of another hedge of Forsythia that had lots of buds 2 weeks ago & must be in full flower by now I should think. It is also underplanted with Daffs that have been flowering all of February!
