Bergenias don’t mind clay. This is one of the best for deep pink flowers and as you can see..beautiful multicoloured foliage. I am trying to get them planted today but the weather is beating me. So far we’ve had sunshine, rain and snow!

Looking forward to seeing them in pink bloom! Seems like everyone had horrid mix of weather! We saw sunshine by late afternoon - too late for gardening for me!

Yes, I gave up Kate. It was horrid. Hopefully next week…We have a busy weekend of hanging Roman blinds (hurray) and shopping in Salisbury.
