I do not have much success with camellias in pots. Lost so many over few years , This Camellia 'Tom Knudsen' survived but it is not in best shape.
Introduced in 1967?

I wonder if this is why my white camelias which have been in pots for years are not looking so good.
The white flowers go brown on the edges and the leaves are more yellow than green.

Because of my soil I can only grow camellias in pots. I think they have a limited lifespan in containers before they lose their beauty. My OH and I have had discussions about whether it is time to remove our 'Nuccio's Pearl' as it dropped all its blossoms this year before they had a chance to open. Very frustrating as it was full of flowers. So, I understand the dilemma! Yours is a very pleasant colour, Klahanie.
