Glad that you all liked. These gardens are beautiful every year. I was a bit late visiting this year & the tulip petals were just beginning to drop.

I like it too Kate, in the right place. Gardens in popular seaside towns are often bright & formal. I know some people dislike formal bedding, but there’s a place for all types of gardens & each has its own charms.

So true Feverfew. I wouldn’t want it in my own garden, but formal planting works so well in a public space like this, and the undulating curves take the edge off the formality.
