Geranium

Looks like a cinereum variety to me. They come in various pinks and purples, Janey. More of an alpine type.

I think it’s geranium sanguineum.

I also think it is a sanguineum ... I shall post a photo of mine as it is huge this year!

Lovely one Janey, and I have it too. Now that the word has been mentioned, sanguineum sounds about right.

Don’t worry Ange. They are hard to identify. I only knew because I was looking at them in the GC today. I used to have books on geraniums, and I still can’t identify them very well! :)

Love the geraniums, our blue one is just beginning to flower.
