When it rains…

When it rains…

..the colours of the setts pop beautifully! I’ve added lots more plants today. Some lower level and some mid-storey. I’ve planted a lot of Salvias which I love and really struggled to grow in Scotland. Lots to look forward to!

Looks lovely Karen, with so many new plants. Tell me, what is the curved structure in the top right corner?

It will be lush by July Ange. Everything grows so fast here! But in 5 years it will be wonderful. :)

Of course it is! No sturdy trees yet to hang it in between.

It is going to look great Karen when it all gets established.

Look forward to seeing you post your garden pics as things start to grow and deliver for you, Karen! It’s an exciting time!

Thanks Janey. I added a lot more herbs after this photo and a lot more shade lovers on the other side too. I’m just waiting for my holly tree, and that should be it for this year. At least until the winter.
