Chartreuse De Parme - a better photo.

Possibly my favourite rose of all for its powerful perfume. When it fades to a greyer shade of purple you will get a better sense of its beauty. But it’s really the perfume. I had this in Scotland but it did struggle a bit there, being a Delbard rose. I think they prefer it warmer.
