Salvia verticillata ‘Purple Rain’ and Lemon Balm

Lemon balm is very much beloved of herbalists. It has many uses. And the Salvia makes an excellent contrast with its big broad, hairy leaves and taller purple plumes. A favourite of mine for many years.

A very striking Salvia Karen! I too have Lemon balm, it makes a great tincture and tea. In fact I'm going to pick leaves for a tea, I've a racking cough at the moment!
