More than annoying ... I admit that I did curse when I found the label and one nibbled piece of stem remaining ... :o(

I'm so jealous - I love this and it's gone (slugs) and they're doing their best to finish off my new lilac one, despite pellets. I shall have to enjoy yours, Meadow. Commiserations, Shirley..

Shirley and Ange,I do know that feeling..just dug out my dahlias...they have been almost completely eaten by the slugs. Not doing them next year, that's for sure. The Alstros have avoided their attack.

I couldn't believe just how many slugs were on the lawn two evenings ago ... and they were climbing up the foliage of the Dayliles ... yuk!

Super flowers. If nothing else works for your slugs try coffee grounds. We get ours from a local tearooms.

I've 'had to' buy a new one as I was missing mine such a lovely flower, had my original one about 8 years and did very well but is in a bit too much shade now and dwindling away, but is one of the best isn't it.

I agree Daylily..the dark leaves are quite distinctive too. They seem to go on and on flowering.
