Beautiful, Shirley! 👍
I had a plant or two a few years ago but they didn't last more than a year! 😥

Well look at that! Just beautiful Sheila and crazy being in bloom now. I too have never been able to grow them, so it sure loves you and your garden..😁

Thanks David and Janey … and I didn’t even plant it myself, so thanks to the birds too!

Birds do a great job of moving seeds around!
This year I grew 3 tomato plants from self-sown seeds - none of which came from my plants of previous years! The compost they grew in was new as well so the seeds must have been brought in by birds!
One self-sown tomato seed I left to grow all summer in the trough where it had germinated. As it had a lot of competition from Petunias & Lobelias it didn't get very big &, of course, didn't produce any fruit - not even flowers.

Sheila, I have never been able to grow these so I shall admire yours, in early November!
