There are so many these trees around (Japanese Cherry Blossom ) I realized that this property did not have any and couple of years ago I bought couple of young ones.

I have plenty of Japanese maples and like then in combination of local plants so no....not interested to create a Japanese garden.
Visiting Japan was always on my list Linda but unfortunately never got there.

Lovely tree. Are you going to create a mini Japanese garden? We've been to Japan and one of the places we visited was Nara where the deer bow to you to get a treat.
