Seven-foot heleniums

Seven-foot heleniums

Seven-foot heleniums and eight foot rudbeckia at the back.
Having heavy soil does have its advantages when you want to grow hungry plants! Gingers (hedychium) are coming into flower mid-picture, while at the bottom my cersis has been covered in clematis this summer - you can just spot the spent flowers

Ha...ha you hiding in there, good job you gave the plant height, thought you were really small!! :-) Looking forward to seeing the gingers a bit more flowery.

Looks wonderfully exotic Muddy and if it weren't for the colour of the Heleniums I would swear you were standing in my garden!
I spy a Trachycarpus in the background (I have one) and I too am growing Hedychiums (about to flower for the first time this year...yippee!) and Heleniums (not that one) Got no Cercis though. Would love one but no room.
