I really don't know anything about photography....I just point and shoot with my CANON.....I do know how to use the zoom and macro but that's about it...for every good shot, I probably delete 20.....my son is the photographer....all the ones I put on this site are my own pictures.

Ooooooh, this one is a beauty ! Love the purple throat on this one.

I wish the irridescent color showed more but he was under the eaves in the shadows. I was lucky to get any color at all. Due to these factors the picture was somewhat grainy.

Took a lot to salvage this picture because it was up in the shadowed eaves butmy photographer son was able to pull it out from the shadows a bit while maintaining its attributes...The purple was the reason I even bothered....
