In England, after a disappointing damp summer we are enjoying a sunny week at last. I've fixed guttering on my shed, and repainted some parts of the wooden sides. These tasks were intended for mid-summer!
Must admit I'm exhausted now. Only did a short trick practice with the dogs!

Ah, but there's no time to rest. I spend winter time browsing the plant/seed catalogues and websites, making up "want" lists, etc. It's great fun!

Oh dear not frost and snow. We are valiantly fending winter off at the moment. Day time temps have shot up to the mid 20's again. With chilly nights it makes for wonderful misty mornings as the sun comes up.

Oh nice comment Terratoonie! We also have had a lovely week it was 19*c today, very warm for October!! We are on the East coast of England too!
