Alium " Beau Regard"

Yes, several, Hywel, and these ones are just perfect for our new garden theme! The variety is "Beau Regard"; chosen by us because one of the characters in the story of Charlie & the Chocolate Factory is called Violet Beauregarde - the gum-chewing "addict" who turns into a blueberry! Haha!

No, Hywel, all alliums, but I see what you mean. The brochure has pics of tulips, but this is just a general guide to bulb cultivation, included with the allium bulbs!

I've ordered quite a lot from Unwins, including seeds, Janette. And, I was able to do it right here on GOY in the shops section.

Janey, this one will only reach about 2ft in height, but the flowerhead can measure up to 8" in diameter! Am looking forward to seeing these in flower

Wow...just answered my question from last page! only 2 ft tall but 8 inches in diameter...should be a real interesting punctuation mark in your beds. Will just have to wait and tune in next spring!! btw..are they early or mid season?
