Yes thats peanuts in the feeder, as I type I've got around 4 Great Tits on the feeder with Blue Tits darting on and off and a Coal Tit trying to get in on the action too!

peanuts...I have never put them out here...sunflower seeds and thistle seeds, corn, etc....

I use peanuts becuase they seem to last for ages and they are relatively cheap... It also looks like the squirrels struggle to get them out as well!! I am going to try thistle/niger feeder next as there are so many birds competing for the two feeders at the moment
