Although more red than choclate brown, we love the colour of this variety!

I've just planted a red cordyline in a darkish red pot and the two go very well together. Cordylines add some structure to the flowerbeds.

Will the colour deepen with full light exposure? Can't wait to see this all come together, David! And I won't repeat myself by crying in my beer about how soon you are able to get out there and plant stuff!!

oh yes very nice, i have one very simular mine is called 'Red star' and it has done really well outside this winter with no protection.

My Cordyline "Red Star" X 2 continue to be brown, rather than red, and have transplanted them into 2 "long tom" planters, painted gold, like the colour of chocolate bar foil (haha). They look Gr8!, They may crop up later in pics, sometime. :-)

This is a lovely looking plant David. It will go well with the chocolate colours too.
