green thumb the plant you spotted is called Santolina commonly known as Cotton Lavender it has yellow ball like flowers in summer and a very herby scent almost like camphorated oil, it keeps its leaves all year round, but mine as got quite straggly should have cut it back in Autumn.

Ahhh, Santolina. They are more similar than I had guessed. I probably should have cut back my lavender in fall as well. :-)

Buster might disappear in bloom here soon. :-)
Is that lavender left front? I've been wondering if it naturally loses leaves, growing mine indoors, I'm never sure if it's acting naturlally. :-)
