They will Janey , he grows so many for the shows , when they are in bloom he has to cut them every day , he brings huge bunches round to me , If I didn,t have them he puts them in the compost . I love the scent of them ..

Me too.........now tell me how you prepare your trench...or do you just pop them in
seperately?

I pop them in wherever I have fencing or pagoda , trelllis anywhere to fill gaps Janey .. I have a long section of fencing to cover this year as we had to take out 6 conifers that had grown to tall , the fence behind them needed replacing so it,s looking bare , I left 3 tall conifer stumps which I have Clemitas and roses growing up , I have Morning Glory in pots and cups and saucers so with the Sweet peas it should cover the fencing , hopefully the new shrubs will hide it eventually ....... :o)

What a lot you've got. :o)
I have Morning Glory seedlings indoors, sprouting quite high.
Not grown those before.
Worried about putting them outside because of slugs/snails.
Any advice please ?

hi TT
~i don't think you can put them out all night until the temperatures are a bit more stable and they won't be frosted~put them out when it is warm somewhere on a stool or a box and take them in over night.

What about the slugs and snails ?
I've nursed these seedlings and they are now quite tall.
Will they all be chewed up ???

Lucky you, sweet peas are lovely.

If you put them out on something high in the day and take them in at night they should be alright TT ... check the bottoms of the pots when you take them in at night for any passengers , they tend to hide underneath !
Also they dont like gravel to much so if you put them out on gravel it would help :o)
