Yummy! Amy........they're early this year do you think? My Rhubarb is at the top of my pot now....and super straight stems, also I can garden around it whereas last year the leaves splayed out quite a way........

Janey you are lucky to have a lovely new Rhubarb pot , I only have a short pot and buckets , the leaves do smother other plants .. LOL .. it still tastes good though , I put ginger in with mine when its cooking it gives it a nice taste :o)

Delicious, Love rhubarb. (Chefs tip) Try it with ginger and yogart or in a strawberry & rhubarb crumble with lashings of white sauce mmmm. Tref.

I like Ginger with it RG ..I,m having some crumble today but as I have visitors and not much time it will be with thick cream...... Mmm.......
