What is the white flower? I've seen it about.....is it a sort of Candytuft?

Yes, Sid - spot on. It's Iberis sempervirens, the perennial version of Candytuft!

Lovely especially with the iberis which sets off te colours of the Aubrietia beautifully

Thanks Barbara - I can add it to my Plants now! It's growing on the wall in the drive, but my neighbours get all the flowers coz they've got the sun their side - not fair! lol

I'd love to get some Lewisias in the cracks as well - but this wall faces east and I think they need more sun that that.

Ok! I'm going to stop looking at all your photos now, cos its taking too long to tell you how fab they all are! But this is truly, truly lovely. I do love this kind of garden - the sort that makes you think it just happened by accident - that nature somehow sorted it all out on her own.......we know different, but hey guys.....doesn't it look lush?
