Thanksyou all...it feels like a real privilege and a responsibility too.When back at work will only be able to hand feed twice a day instead of four times as am doing now !

Thats great.....Robins get very tame dont they... i have had a Robin fly onto my hand to take food.. and hop off they are as light as a feather....

Thank you Milky - had to do something while off line for those days ! Back at school next week so he ll have to get used to me in mornings and evenings only , better start the training now .lol
Thanks Hollyeves its great isnt it .. yes they must weigh only an ounce or less oh was it you with the white wading birds on the beach ? we thought they may be Sanderlings if you have a chance to look at Elkes latest blog she has some great close up pics of them.

BB: I've been using your trick during the days I've been at work all day - hide the mealworms from the bigger birds and hope they last a while.

Still works in hollow apple trunk Sawn...at least not noticed any fat blackbirds struggling in there !

Ha ha, I dont have any fat blackbirds either. The robins seems to have a few more brain cells than the others, lol, which is great as they remember where to find the hidden mealworms :)

One day, one day, lol. Actually, he's on the sofa next to me now, in Milky's "Sleeping Partner" mode. It catches up eventually, wait a minute ... where's the camera, ha ha.
