Hi Nelke this is from the Convolvulaceae family and is quite hardy. It's used as a low shrubby specimen or spreading groundcover. The main feature is the blue flowers (there is also a white-flowered form) and its silky grey foliage. It's very popular for use in hanging baskets, rockeries and retaining walls.

Lovely shade of blue Bernieh. That's one color that's hard to find in the plant world. I grow one, I believe it's one of your native flowers, for it's blue coloring. It's called tweedia.
