Many Thanks, Folks, for the comments and likes.
Mageth:- Yes, there will, of course, be chocolate cosmos (the original "chocolate" plant). I bought some at the garden centre at the end of last season, and also some new bare roots in February, which I potted up. They are beginning to shoot through now. :-)
Sandra:- the elephant is not here simply because of his chocolate colour, as time will tell....... :-)

my mum collects elephants. they are escaping into our garden now..

Oh, Sandra, I hope that they don't trample everything! I wonder if elephant droppings can be diluted in water to make a fertilizer, like sheep purls and cowpats? :-) Yes, your aeoniums will fit in perfectly, when I dare to let them outdoors. :-)

This is my small decked area, which I finished cosntructing this afternoon. I just need to install some sort of screen down the right-hand side, then buy my chocolate-coloured sunlounger. Oh, and add in masses of lovely plants, of course. :-)
