Northern Flicker on the "arm" of the bird feeder pole, beside our front driveway. Captured thru the open front window with telephoto lens. This is one of my fave winter bird visitors

Love the markings on this bird especially the markings on the back.Reminds me of the markings that Budgerigars have on the wing feathers.....
