Weigela 'Monet' - Maybe!!

This plant has just reappeared in my garden. It is still very small but seems shrubby rather than perennial! I have found a label for 'Monet' that shows quite bright dark pink and green leaves. I have a vague memory of moving a shrub that wasn't doing anything last year so this may be it. I will just have to wait and see if it produces dark pink flowers as per label :)
