I have the un-striped version in several places and put some of the beautiful stripy ones in this year. I understand that they are not as hardy...

More interesting than the ordinary ones, tried to get a pic of my plain yellow was rubbish.

Well, this isn't a good photo of it, really! I took a photo of the group of ordinary ones that grow in our car parking area in the gravel and that turned out better than trying to capture a single plant.

I grew this small type for years but lost it when I moved last year and I had to leave it behind. Ideal for smaller garden as not as tall as usual ones. The white stripped leaves look lovely even without flowers. Local nursery had not heard of it. I am having a real job finding replacement for my new tiny garden. It is a favourite.
