Rebutia muscula (AKA Angus the Cactus) (Rebutia muscula)

Meet Angus the Cactus. He's been with me for near on 10 years now and we have a special bond. I adopted him at RHS Wisley - I was living in a tiny flat with no garden at the time and I thought the only thing I would be able to grow was a cactus. Angus now lives outdoors all summer and comes in the house in winter. He flowers for me every year :-)

Hey Princess Sid you don't fool me - you have made the little guy at the top look like a little chick haven't you? Now Angus doesn't look very muscular to me but he does look as though he has rather a lot of hairy blobs around him. This still leaves it unexplained why you called this chick Angus - isn't that more suitable for bully?

He he he....Yes, Sir Gf - I see what you mean - a little chick sat in the middle lol There's no fooling you, Sir.

Angus used ESP to tell me his name - it came to me as a looked at him.........

Sid, I've finally found the label for mine and now find it's not a muscula - it's a senilis - seems quite appropriate for me (senile) lol. It's very similar but yours is much spinier, more silvery looking - and of course very handsome. :-)))
