After I'd written my comment, I thought you can't really make omelettes with poached eggs. Lol. Proves I like gardening much more than cooking. :o)

Poached egg plant! yours looks lovely. but where is mine? sowed the seed all along the border but all i can see are 2 minute seedlings, heres me hoping for scrambled eggs!
