Yes, I have this in growing in a container.
I was told that was the best way to grow the plant because it spreads too much with underground roots. Is that true please ?

Thats a good idea TT ,, I cleared this area last year because it was taking over , as you can see it,s all coming back again , It is a bit invasive .......

Lovely leaf colour .. we have flore peno a double flowered variety with red edging to green leaves supposed to be not quite so invasive but still only young yet.

I thought these like damp conditions Amy - I must be wrong as yours look happy growing in the stones.

It is damp there Dawn , there's a water fountain in the middle of those stones ... :o)

Oh right, I see Amy ... mine dont do that well by the edge of the pond, thought it may be too wet but I think they probably just get over powered by the grasses etc.

I love the different colours on the leaves, look like someone has been painting them. very hardy to I have some in a tub and it comes back every year
