Euonymus Silver Queen Dwarf Standard

Ooh, I like this Pp.........it looks like a topiary Euonymous shrub...love it, I'd really like to try topiary.....:o)

Well this is the usual euonymous that really does lend itself to clipping. I have just the common specices that with a trim here and there can quite quickly be turned into topiary that would normally be quite costly. dont be afraid to have a go euonymous is very adaptable.!

Will have to treat myself to a couple of new plants in the Autumn then and give them a go next year....:o)

How old is this bush ?
Did it take a while to get to this size ?

Terra its about 14 yrs old but dont let that put you off , I have a few very young plants that respond quickly to a trim!

Sounds tempting... I might have a try at topiary some time :o)

hi carole , janey said you had one and i couldnt remember, iv just got one and boy! i hope it gets like this, looks a bit sad after looking at this one lol , says i have to trim in summer so better not start to shape it yet,

Last year when we went to Majorca San...there was a smashing one like this one...really big though a proper toadstool...:o)

bet it looked lovely janey, not sure if im that artistic, i may get a ball shape if im lucky haha
