Certainly is, a common flower but what an impact it makes giving a perfect foil for most plants.

Our village had an 'open gardens' day today and this plant was all over the place. One of the kind gardeners is going to give me a piece. It looked as lovely 'in the flesh' as it does in your photo.

Thanks girlies! It is a good old standby, isn't it, saying that though I only have a small piece in my garden. It brightens everything up Gee, just the same flower as the creeping jenny too. Do you open your garden too? It'll be our village one soon, looking forward to it, the open gardens have scarecrows at their entrances....:o)

No, Janey, I have never been brave enough! I planned to take part this year but expected my back fence to be 'in progress' so didn't go ahead. Hopefully next year. I like the idea of scarecrows, we just have boring old notices :)

Me neither Gee........the only acess to ours would be through the house or the shed........and I couldn't bear to have to tidy the shed out first LOL!
