I had a frog in my shed for ages did nt know it was in there how it survived I do not know was a few year ago now. I have seen them in my garden in amongst the plants before now.

Frogs and toads go into those sort of places because there are usually plenty of insects to find like woodloice and flies. Sometimes they will seek a haven like this to hibernate in depending on the time of year. I rescued a toad out of someone's conservatory a couple of weeks ago. She was a bit dehydrated but perfectly O.K. when I set her free.
