Hey, Jacque! It's 9.30 am and I took Henry out in DRY weather! The clouds are over Exmoor and I don't expect it will be long before the rain gets to us...I have bribed (well, nagged, lol) husband to make a start on cutting the (long) grass, as well!

The forecast is still rain over the next few days, so he saw sense.

I think you'll get the rain too, soon...maybe not today, though. :-)

We've had such a strange day - humid, very hot, no sun but only about 4 raindrops all day - and yet the forecast was for heavy rain from the early hours onwards. Maybe it'll come later. ALL the grass has been cut! Yessssss!!!!! Bring on the rain! :-)

Got my grass cut Spritz & My House Work done & My Food Shopping ! Then i went outside & sat down for a well earned rest :) Hhhhhhuuuuuuuuuuu :D

Yes, we went into town and did the week's shopping, too.

My back doesn't half ache after all the edging I did! I didn't do any housework, though - no point at the moment, as our water tank had a leak and husband has been fitting a new one. He isn't the tidiest of workers...tools all over the place!

At least he can do it, though, so who's grumbling?

We have water upstairs now - but only cold. That's a step forwards!
