This makes a large mound of lemon-yellow each year. I have to be nasty to it and cut it hard back, too!

I have a similar looking plant, Santolina family, I think ~ yellow flowers, needs chopping each year ~ which has a very strong medicinal aroma... like a preparation to breathe in during a bad cold.... :o)

I don't think that this has that kind of scent, Tt...I think I'd remember with getting so close to it every year! I wonder what yours is? Maybe a photo of it with a question??

Beautiful, I also have one with silver evergreen foilage one and it also has a strong herbal scent!

Oh dear, I have one like that as well - maybe it's my sense of smell that's going! I really, really hadn't noticed!
